    AI Governance & Compliance Hub

EU AI Act, liability, data protection, and safety – everything marketing teams need to know about AI compliance in 2026, in one curated learning journey.

What does AI compliance require from marketing teams?

    In short

AI compliance in marketing means documenting which systems are used for which purpose, which data flows into them and who owns the outputs. The EU AI Act mainly implies transparency duties — AI interactions and AI-generated content must be recognisable as such. In practice this works through a lean register of approved use cases plus defined approval and review steps.

    For CMOs

For marketing, governance mainly means: what may be published, what must be disclosed and who approves it - without turning every campaign into a case-by-case review.

    For CTOs

For engineering it is about data flows, processing agreements, logging and proof of which system processed which data and when.
