This website is hosted externally on the Lovable platform (Lovable Labs Incorporated, San Francisco, USA). The personal data collected on this website — including form submissions — is stored in the database and serverless infrastructure operated by this platform on our behalf; its infrastructure providers act as sub-processors. This may include IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact data, names, website accesses and other data generated via a website. Hosting takes place for the purpose of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offering by a professional provider (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where consent has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.

Storage period

4. Data collection on this website

Server log files

The provider of this website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. This includes browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and the IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. Collection is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: the operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of the website.

Cookies and consent

Our website uses cookies and comparable technologies. Cookies are small data packages that do not cause any damage to your device. They are stored either temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (persistent cookies) on your device.

Technically necessary cookies are used on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. All optional categories (functional, analytics, marketing) are only activated after your express consent in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG). Your decision is stored in the local storage of your browser under the key “cookie-consent” so that the banner is not displayed again on every visit. You can change or withdraw your decision at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

In addition, we store a few technically necessary entries in the local storage of your browser that do not contain any personal data and are not transmitted to us: your selected language (“preferred-language”), a note that the chat window has already been shown (“chatbot-visited”), a note that our information layer has already been displayed (“exit-intent-shown”) and, if applicable, the unlocking of our prompt library (“prompt-library-unlocked”). Fonts

We host the fonts used on this website locally on our own server. No connection to servers of Google or other third parties is established when the fonts are loaded, and no data is transmitted to them for this purpose.

Contact form and enquiries by email or phone

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent. The data is stored in our database and additionally sent to us by email via our email service provider Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). Any transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

If you would like to receive our newsletter, we require your email address and, optionally, your name. This data is used exclusively to send the requested information. Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by sending a message to [email protected]. Data stored for the purpose of the newsletter will be deleted after you unsubscribe, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Tools with lead capture (ROI calculator, AI readiness quiz, whitepapers)

Some tools and downloads on this website require you to enter contact data (e.g. name, email address, company) in order to receive an evaluation, report or document. We store this data together with the information you provide about your enquiry and use it to deliver the requested result and, where applicable, to contact you regarding your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

AI chat assistant

This website offers an AI-based chat assistant. The messages you enter are transmitted, for the purpose of generating a response, via the Lovable AI Gateway (Lovable Labs Incorporated, San Francisco, USA) to a language model of the Google Gemini family (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin / Google LLC, USA). The inputs are not used to train the models. Please do not enter any personal data or confidential information into the chat that is not necessary for your enquiry. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in efficient user support (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Appointment booking

You can book appointments with us via an external booking page from Microsoft (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., Dublin). If you use this option, the data you enter there is processed by Microsoft on our behalf for the purpose of arranging the appointment. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Microsoft’s privacy notices apply to the use of the booking page.

5. Analytics and advertising

The following services are only loaded after your express consent in the cookie banner. Without consent, no analytics or advertising technologies are activated. We use Google Consent Mode v2; all consent categories are set to “denied” by default.

Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager

With your consent to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-3V773NC4V4) and Google Tag Manager (container ID GTM-WKDP4X5Z), provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses cookies to analyse how you use our website. The information generated is generally transmitted to a Google server and stored there; IP anonymisation is active. Google Tag Manager itself does not store any personal data in cookies; it is used to manage the tags described here. The tag manager is also loaded if you only consent to analytics cookies. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG). OpenAI Ads (ChatGPT advertising)

With your consent to marketing cookies, we embed the conversion pixel of OpenAI Ads (provider: OpenAI Ireland Ltd., Dublin, or OpenAI, L.L.C., San Francisco, USA). The pixel sets the first-party cookie __obref in your browser and measures whether a visit originating from a ChatGPT ad led to an enquiry. In doing so, event data (e.g. page view, form submission, a random event ID, the ad click reference from the URL parameter “oppref”, which we only keep in the browser memory for the duration of the visit and do not store in a cookie) and — if you submit a form — your email address and name in hashed (pseudonymised) form are transmitted to OpenAI.
