Pricing and engagement models
A defined scope for the first step and a project-specific quote for delivery. Scope, prerequisites and ongoing costs are visible upfront.
We publish starting budgets for defined introductory services. Delivery is scoped per project: integration depth, data readiness and approval requirements determine the effort. Four common models exist: workshop, scoped pilot, delivery project and ongoing operations. Before any order we disclose effort, duration, ongoing model cost and expected impact in writing.
Our approach: creative engineering
We work neither as tool consultancy nor as a classic production agency, but in between: creative engineering means building the production chain behind the creative work — templates, generative modules, checkable brand rules and delivery as one system. The creative judgement stays with the team, the multiplication becomes an engineering task.
The concept stays human
Idea, visual language and tone are created as before. What follows is what gets automated: variants, formats, language versions, delivery.
Brand rules the machine can check
Colour, typography, logo usage, forbidden claims — stored as rules that apply automatically before approval instead of sitting in a PDF guideline.
Production as a chain, not a tool
Template, generative module, validation step, approval and delivery interlock. A single tool without that chain only moves the manual work elsewhere.
Impact measurable at creative level
We evaluate not only the campaign but the individual attribute: hook, composition, colour world, length. That feeds the next production round.
What we take on
Workshop
A fixed frame for assessment, use case evaluation or team enablement. The outcome is a prioritised list with effort and impact estimates, usable even without a follow-up engagement.
Pilot
One scoped use case taken into production with a target metric defined upfront. Deliberately small so failure stays cheap and success is evidenced.
Delivery project
Building several use cases, integrations or a platform layer. Priced by effort with defined milestones and approval points rather than as a lump sum without checkpoints.
Operations and further development
An optional model with a fixed monthly frame for operations, monitoring, model maintenance and adjustments. Only sensible if you deliberately want to outsource operations.
How the engagement runs
- 01
Short call
Thirty minutes to clarify trigger, frame and urgency. Afterwards both sides know whether an engagement fits at all.
- 02
Scoping
We scope the engagement so it becomes measurable: target metric, baseline, affected systems, approval levels.
- 03
Proposal with cost drivers
The proposal names effort, duration, assumptions and the ongoing model cost per use case — including the points that would drive the price up.
- 04
Post-calculation
After the pilot we compare plan and actual. That is the basis for deciding on scaling — or against it.
